These terms govern your use of the Jahan360 Travel & Tours website and services. By booking a package or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & payments

100% advance payment is required to confirm a booking. Hotel confirmation is issued at the time of visa issuance. Prices may fluctuate before confirmation based on exchange rate and hotel availability.

Cancellations & refunds

Refunds are processed subject to airline, hotel and government policies. Ministry / Embassy fees are non-refundable.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least six months from the date of travel and comply with all destination visa and health requirements.

Liability

Jahan360 Travel & Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, ground operators). We are not liable for changes, cancellations or losses caused by these third parties beyond our reasonable control.
