Our position has been consistent from the beginning: explain what is possible, explain what depends on others, and do not promise outcomes that are not ours to give. Availability, fares, visas and admissions are decided by airlines, suppliers, institutions and governments. Our responsibility is to prepare the customer properly and to remain contactable throughout.
